- You can usually contact the person in charge of your affairs directly when needed, via mobile phone or text.
- We can explain and discuss matters in detail with you whenever necessary.
- Phone calls to and from clients are included in our fixed fees.
- We can visit you personally for meetings whenever required. We are flexible, working evenings and weekends.
- We don't delegate responsibility for your affairs to junior or inexperienced staff.
- We undertake to complete work promptly and to meet any relevant deadlines.
